You can conveniently control your heart rate with our contact or wireless technology. TRUE also provides HRC Cruise Control which allows you to put in your desired heart rate and the treadmill will keep you there by automatically adjusting speed and elevation (it works just like the Cruise Control in your car). Heart Rate Control is the new trend in fitness and weight loss.
